| 2. Filter classes. You can open filters screen by clicking the funnel icon. You can filter classes in different ways:
Search your classes. You can scroll the class list and use the search (the search box filters classes by class name and instructor). | ![]() |
| Sign up for the class by clicking on the "Plus" button and confirm it. | ![]() |
Booking Error The most common reasons for receiving a booking error: - You have exceeded the booking rules (trying to book more than 4 days in advance, exceeding the max 4 classes booked at one time or more than 2 classes per day). Guests (Visit Pass Holders) can book up to 2 hours in advance. You do not have a booking product/privilege. Either your membership contract does not permit access to this particular class, or for Guests without membership, you do not have a valid booking product (e.g. no visit pass credit remaining). | ![]() |
| You can cancel your booking by clicking on the "Cross" button on the list or class details. You can cancel a class up to 2 hours prior to the start of the class. Canceling within 2 hours of the class will result in a 'missed class'. |

Click the below membership type filter to see which classes each membership type has access to. Please note, with the exception of Aqua Fit and Flex & Bend, Active Adults only have access to classes between 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends.
