Friends Free Friday
FACT: Friends who exercise together train longer, burn more calories and visit the gym more regularly.
Working out with a friend is fun – so we decided to make Friends Free Friday an ongoing All Access Member benefit. Every Friday, existing members can bring along a friend, spouse or colleague to enjoy all that Port Lincoln Leisure Centre has to offer! Hit the pool, workout in the gym, join a group fitness class, use the stadium or relax in the spa & sauna – ABSOLUTELY FREE.
- The existing All Access Members ‘Friend’ must be 16Y+ (ID may be required)
- Restricted to All Access Members (including concession, mates rates and foundation members) with no outstanding balance, who are allowed to bring one (1) friend on Fridays to their 'home' (site joined) location. Standard casual admission fees apply on other days.
- The 'Free Friend' must complete and submit the Free Friend Visitor Sign Up at every visit, supplying name and email, accepting these details may be used for future marketing efforts. We will need to verify the form has been completed by sighting the form confirmation email.
- The 'Free Friend' has equivalent access privileges to an 'All Access Casual Admission', however excludes access to aqua fit and strength for life group fitness classes. All amenities are subject to scheduling and availability (see website).

Lucky you – you have friends in high places! In order to gain free access to our facilities we require you, the "Free Friend", to complete the below form. We use this form to track the uptake of this initiative as well as to encourage you to join so you can workout more often with your friend! Don't worry, we only send a few emails a year to let you know about special promotions.
Please complete this form at the centre, or within 1 hour of visiting. In addition to checking in at Customer Service with your All Access Member friend, please show Customer Service the confirmation email as proof of form completion. If you have previously visited as a "Free Friend" and already completed the form, complete the form again and show Customer Service the message indicating you are already subscribed.
